What is your refund process?
Upon receiving your order you have 14 days to contact us at email@example.com or via our livechat. Once we receive your request, we will then provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. Full value is refunded and shipping cost will be covered by Koshmanrings.
What is the purchase process?
All rings are made to order. After receiving your payment your order is placed in the waiting list at the end of which we start the creation process. You ring will be cast according to your requirements. It will forego several stages of molding, cleaning, fine hand polishing and quality control. We will inform you as soon as the ring is finished, packed and shipped to your destination.
How much time will it take for a ring to be delivered?
All orders are subject to a waiting list. The waiting time may variate depending on your placement in the waiting list. The shipment is done worldwide using international mail.
